1. Use the Build a Business Case Application
This easy app will help you create a custom business case to support your desire to WORKshift. Build some momentum for the program by sharing your business case with your colleagues and managers.

2. Contact Calgary Economic Development and the WORKshift Team
Learn about CEDs resources for support the establishment and measurement of pilot programs within your organization – free of charge. If there's an opportunity, we will come meet with your team.

3. Start Assessment and Onboarding
When your organization is ready to start a WORKshift pilot program, Calgary Economic Development will  provide you with world-class tools and resources that:

a. Support the enterprise view of the opportunity (dollars saved, employee engagement, environmental benefits, etc)

b. Help select and onboard pilot participants

c. Train the participants on remote work best practices

d. Track and measure the results of your new WORKshift program – it will prove that this is a great business strategy!
